1.Phenyltrimethoxysilane can be used as a raw material for the preparation of organosilicon polymer.
2.It can be used as a crosslinking agent for silicone resin.
3.It can be used as a raw material for phenyl silicone oil and silicone rubber.
4.Phenyltrimethoxysilane can be used to treat the surface of inorganic fillers(including wollastonite and aluminum hydroxide) make the surface of these inorganic fillers more hydrophobic, thereby improving its dispersion in mineral fillers.
