Silicone adhesive

Silicone adhesive is a kind of ointment, which will solidify into a tough rubber-like solid material when exposed to moisture in the air.

Mainly divided into de-acetic acid type, de-alcohol type, de-ammonia type, de-propan type.

The chemical composition is polydimethylsiloxane, a polymer of silicon dioxide, and the carbon in the silicon structure where silicon and oxygen form a double bond is replaced by silicon.

Two silicones can polymerize and break a silicon-oxygen bond, then the Si atom is connected to a group, and the two oxygen atoms are connected to form a silicone-like substance.

It is mainly used for the bonding of dry clean metal, glass, most non-greasy wood, silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, ceramics, natural and synthetic fibers, and many painted plastic surfaces.

Product Categories

According to the curing mechanism:One component, two components.

One-component Silicone adhesive:

The single-component Silicone adhesive is cured by contacting moisture in the air and absorbing heat to produce a cross-linking reaction.

Two-component Silicone adhesive:

Two-component means that the Silicone adhesive is divided into two groups, A and B. Any one group alone cannot form a solidification, but the two groups of glue will solidify once mixed.

Conventional A and B components, component A is generally white, component B is black:

Component A: 107 gums (hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane), nano calcium carbonate, dimethyl silicone oil 107 gums: Y(R2SiO)nSiR2Y (where Y is OH, R is CH3, n=100~1000 ) Dimethicone: Y(R2SiO)nSiR2Y (where Y and R are CH3, n=1~1000)

Component B: Carbon black, special dimethyl silicone oil, crosslinking agent, coupling agent, catalyst crosslinking agent: waterproofing agent (methyltriethoxysilane) coupling agent: KH-550, KH-560 catalyst: Organic tin.
